My Story

Hey, I’m Candice.

 

I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer and someone who rebuilt her life through strength training, loud music, and learning how to listen to herself.

I know what it feels like to live in constant push mode.

 

To carry the weight of expectations, pressure, and decisions that never quite feel settled.

 

To feel like you are holding more than just your body.

 

Shrinking yourself doesn’t make you safer.

 

It just makes you disappear.

 

So I started asking a better question:

 

Who am I becoming?

 

I chose strong.

 

I chose loud.

 

I chose alive.

 

Now I help others do the same.

 

Through strength training, habit coaching, and real-life support, I help you build consistency, lose weight, and actually follow through—without extremes or starting over.

 

Because this isn’t about getting smaller anymore.

 

It’s about learning how to take up space without burning yourself out.

 

It’s about becoming someone who makes choices on purpose.
