Becoming In Shape offers private, one-on-one personal training focused on fundamentals, structure, and consistency.
This is not a transformation program.
It’s not a bootcamp.

Every client starts with a structured intake and assessment process so nothing is rushed or guessed.
We begin with:

From there, we focus on fundamentals: Strength, movement, and habits that support progress without burnout.

Some clients choose to pair personal training with The Becoming Hub, a low-cost membership designed to support consistency, clarity, and follow-through outside of sessions.
The Hub offers simple education, prompts, and tools that help reinforce what we’re working on in training, especially around habits, stress, and staying steady when motivation dips.
This support is optional and can be added at any time if it feels helpful.
