Hey there, I'm Candice!

I spent years doing fitness “right" and still felt exhausted, disconnected, and constantly at war with my body.

That’s when I learned that fitness alone isn’t enough.

Real change requires awareness, habits, and self-respect.

That’s why I became a trainer and built The Becoming Hub,  to give people the tools I wish I’d had, so they could stop fighting themselves and start choosing with clarity.
